Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with executive leadership to embed foresight into corporate strategy and risk management
- Develop and curate proprietary future intelligence reports for stakeholder decision-making
- Establish and manage an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops to align teams on emerging opportunities
- Drive the implementation of innovation methodologies across business units
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation journals
- Experience building and managing global innovation ecosystems
