Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve Tier 1-2 technical issues including network troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Document incidents, changes, and solutions using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless day-night transition
- Participate in weekend rotation for system updates and patch management
- Contribute to automation scripts for operational efficiency
- Adhere to strict SLA compliance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) or service platforms
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Available for 3-4 night shifts per week (June - August)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
