Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in developing innovative tech solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and daily standup meetings
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation processes
- Shadow cross-functional teams (DevOps, UX, Product)
- Complete skill-building modules through our Learning Lab platform
- Present project findings to department leadership
- Collaborate on internal innovation hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (any major)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during academic terms
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
