Responsibilities
- Assist the IT support team with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for weekend clients.
- Perform daily system diagnostics, software installations, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to onsite visitors and remote stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage inventory of IT assets, laptops, and peripherals during shift hours.
- Log and categorize technical support tickets accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of conference rooms, audio-visual equipment, and workstations.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office productivity software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional off-site support tasks.
