Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ market horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and innovation opportunities
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for clients adapting to AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Present future-state frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging market paradigms
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or disruption analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-ready frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and societal trends
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published work in foresight publications or industry journals
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight software platforms
