Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic innovation framework using foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Identify and validate disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal changes with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate a future-ready culture and embed strategic foresight into organizational DNA
- Build and maintain a global ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present actionable insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning narratives
- Champion ethical innovation practices while navigating complex regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
