Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions for market entry by 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate industry disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation ROI and long-term value creation
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and global innovation hubs
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders for approval and resource allocation
- Drive a culture of innovation through workshops, hackathons, and intrapreneurship programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio valuation
- Exceptional stakeholder management across executive, technical, and creative domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, CFS) preferred
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
