Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, market disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our business
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to access cutting-edge research
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (strongly preferred)
