Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Produce annual Horizon Reports mapping emerging risks and opportunities for 2026-2030
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models and product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Quantify long-term market impacts using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
