Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop and present strategic innovation frameworks for C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies and early-warning systems
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Oversee the Innovation Lab's annual 'Future State' research program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and emerging technology assessment
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
