Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends (2024-2026) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product ecosystems and service innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-state solutions
- Establish innovation KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term impact
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a dedicated innovation incubation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and scenario planning abilities
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 settings
