Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies aligned with future market demands
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish and manage an external innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present visionary insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through thought leadership, workshops, and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized products or business models
- Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
