As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll identify emerging trends, develop long-term innovation frameworks, and lead cross-functional initiatives that position our clients as industry pioneers. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to build actionable strategies for the post-2025 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on future workforce and market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Create executive-level foresight reports and predictive analytics frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams and champion a future-oriented culture
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams
