Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion and manage end-to-end innovation initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation across all business units
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in innovation management, strategy consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong leadership experience with cross-functional global teams
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MSc, PhD preferred)
