- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-ready technologies into product pipelines
- Establish foresight methodologies and frameworks for long-term strategic planning
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy or product development
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi methods, causal layered analysis)
