As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders, research partners, and global thought leaders to develop actionable frameworks that shape our next generation of products, services, and market positioning. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with disruptive potential
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and presentations for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation ecosystems
- Design and manage experimental initiatives to test future business models and customer experiences
- Mentor junior strategists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities with strong data interpretation skills
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or strategy publications
