Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market shifts through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for business continuity and competitive advantage
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and market test concepts
- Establish KPIs to track strategic foresight maturity and impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures methodologies
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
