Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for clients adopting exponential technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports synthesifying complex data into actionable insights
- Advort C-suite on ethical implications of emerging technologies in their industry
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies or scenario planning
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, biotech convergence
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences across multiple industries
