Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for 3-5 year industry disruptions
- Partner with product teams to incubate future-facing innovations and moonshot projects
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation catalysts
- Quantify future market opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Fluency in futures forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
