Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI evolution, focusing on scalability and generative capabilities.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
- Oversee the research and integration of next-generation neural network architectures.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate high-level concepts into technical specifications.
- Mentor and mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead technical architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive vision and inspire high-performance teams.
