Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team. This role offers a unique blend of administrative support and technical exposure, perfect for students looking to gain real-world experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing team with content creation and social media management on weekends.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor data to support strategic planning.
- Manage and update the company database with new client information and internship applications.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure weekend events run smoothly.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for the weekend shift.
- Provide general administrative support and customer service to incoming inquiries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Graduates welcome).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for technology and digital marketing is a plus.
