Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable energy
- Develop future scenarios and roadmaps for 2026+ market opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-focused projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or sustainability sectors
