Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and supply chain resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Produce white papers and executive briefings on disruptive innovations and ethical implications
- Advantage AI integration in predictive modeling and strategic decision support systems
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for early trend detection
- Represent company at global forums on sustainable futures and tech governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate resilience ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFCS) required
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
