Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ trends
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technological convergence and regulatory changes
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Present visionary insights to executives, investors, and board members with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP from APF) strongly preferred
