- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and nurture disruptive startups
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate-resilient futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of implementing trend-driven initiatives generating $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and innovation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism domains
