Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 and beyond
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Author thought leadership publications on future of work, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts adopted by industry leaders
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies required
