Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive futures and build organizational resilience
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough initiatives aligned with future trends
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive-level narratives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership experience with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Professional certification in foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFIP, CPSI) preferred
