Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks aligned with global megatrends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board members
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for investment
- Design innovation pipelines integrating sustainability and ethical impact considerations
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and adapt strategy based on disruptive signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategy, Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and societal shifts
