- Establish innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and government labs
- Mentor teams in futures-thinking methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human augmentation
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
