Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic indicators to identify 2026 paradigm shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' for executive board and investor presentations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
