Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, climate, and socio-political domains to identify disruptive forces by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients navigating AI integration, climate adaptation, and workforce transformation
- Produce high-impact executive briefings and future-readiness assessments using proprietary forecasting methodologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align organizational capabilities with emerging opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurist networks and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate resilience modeling, or neurotechnology integration
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario-planning skills with advanced proficiency in foresight tools
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurist or strategic journals
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business frameworks for diverse audiences
