Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience solutions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align organizational capabilities with future market disruptions
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech adoption and societal transformation trends
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment and ethical innovation
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups in future-facing sectors
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven scenarios
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or unicorns
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and exponential technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Published research or thought leadership in future studies or technology ethics
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Experience building and leading cross-cultural innovation teams across global markets
- Deep understanding of SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable futures
