Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, societal shifts, and emerging innovations to develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026
- Architect long-term roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for potential disruptions and market transformations
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed future-focused principles into development
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs and synthesize into executive-ready strategic briefs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, Business Analytics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
- Published thought leadership in futures, technology, or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
