Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro-interfaces) and map 3-5 year impact trajectories
- Design immersive future-state simulations for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026+ product roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish industry-leading foresight methodologies and thought leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams executing future-proofing initiatives
- Publish quarterly horizon scans in partnership with MIT Media Lab
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 100 clients
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
