Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging industry verticals
- Chair cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and design teams
- Author predictive whitepapers and trend briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
- Nurture partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Present visionary frameworks at global tech summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ long-term strategic implementations
