- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Pioneer predictive modeling frameworks for emerging technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or R&D leadership with proven future-impact track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
