- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness metrics across business units
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists to build next-generation strategic capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and scenario modeling software
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural strategic initiatives
