Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that influenced business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP from APF) required
