Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision incorporating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify opportunities/threats in emerging markets
- Design innovation frameworks for next-gen products and services
- Partner with C-suite to align long-term strategy with business objectives
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Monitor horizon scanning signals and maintain trend intelligence database
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Published thought leadership in futures/strategy publications
