As our Futurist Strategist, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop data-driven scenarios for technological, social, and economic evolution. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof our organization and position us as industry pioneers in an exponentially changing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-state solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with futurist networks and research institutions
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and update strategic roadmaps quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
