Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead high-impact workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current development cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Establish a global network of futurists, academics, and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological inflection points affecting our 2026 vision
- Author white papers that position Horizon as the future-shaping authority
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Futures Research or similar preferred
