Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar product portfolios and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Translate complex futures concepts into actionable business frameworks
- Present foresight insights at global industry conferences and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational futures literacy programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, climate tech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology forecasting
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience building futures intelligence dashboards and analytical tools
