Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact future scenario reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology disruption
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
