Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Produce scenario plans and risk assessments for long-term viability
- Present findings to C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry reports
- Lead horizon-scanning workshops with global innovation networks
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSD) a plus
