Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic insights into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., HBR, WIRED)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-strategy implementations
