Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making in volatile environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging future-proof business models
- Adv Fortune 500 clients on adaptive strategies for automation, AI governance, and sustainable growth
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
- Represent Horizon Insights at global futurism conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable transformation
- Certification in Futures Research (AFS) or equivalent preferred
