Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging megatrends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing existential technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Develop proprietary foresight methodologies using AI-driven trend synthesis and predictive modeling
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Represent Horizon Insights at premier industry conferences on future-focused leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting with demonstrable 2026+ trend analysis experience
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable C-suite strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences across global markets
- Published thought leadership on future of work, human augmentation, or sustainable development
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
