- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a team of 12 futurists and innovation specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite clients
- Oversee $5M innovation budget allocation for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in innovation foresight or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- PhD or equivalent in strategic foresight preferred
