Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an innovation incubator for emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Labs as a 2026 technology pioneer
- Partner with product teams to align future trends with commercial opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record forecasting and implementing future-focused technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience building and leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams
