- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-focused solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business goals
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in futurist studies or strategic foresight preferred
